I drive to see clients in their homes and communities to provide therapy/assessments and complete reports and meetings in a WFH model.

Community OT working in disability (NDIS participants). I mainly work with mental health and pediatrics clients (personal preference). In my role I see people in their homes for therapy or assessment. I also write lots of reports.

As a new graduate there is a reduced caseload while you are learning mixed with activities related to the graduate program induction process. There is lots of opportunities to learn from other clinicians.

My position is new grad and my day-to-day responsibility is to comply with timeframes for writing case notes, reports and other documentation, meet participants, work with stakeholders and be the best version of myself which eventually put a good light on AAA company.
