8 hours a day with flexibility
Graduate, Perth
VERY FLEXIBLE, at AAA they have the trust in the staff that they will self manage the amount of hours they are doing. I like that I'm able to work late one day but then leave early the following day.
Graduate, Perth WA
I love the flexible work hour and this is something that I am still working on in terms of having the ability to plan my day and week. I think the most important thing that I am still learning is to separate work hours from non work hours. Sometimes because of the flexibility you may feel like you are working all the time or I might find myself checking emails outside of work hours.
Graduate, Sydney
Our work ours are 8 hours per day, 38 hours a week. These are very flexible, i.e.: start early finish early, have a long few days, then finish early another day
Graduate, Melbourne
Work hours are currently 8 -4 due to being a new graduate, and while these are still great work hours, I look forward to having increased flexibility of hours in the future.
Graduate, North Brisbane
7.6 hours (15 min paid break) with a 30 min lunch break, can be flexible with hours but preferably 8-4 or 9-5, can start at 8 and take an hour for lunch if desired and then finish 4:30

We have a set number of hours to work a week, how we allocate those per days, and where we work (home or office) is our choice.
Graduate, Perth
They are flexible, I choose to work extra hours, but I have the work load to do so.
Graduate, Perth
New graduates are required to work 8-4pm for their first year.
Graduate, SEQ
Some flexibility with hours as you become more established/independent, although I believe the expectation is to still complete full-time hours.
Graduate, Brisbane
Company is really flexible and I will work more or less hours on days to ensure I met KPIs. I will work longer hours on Mon and Wed so I can take Friday after noons off.
Graduate, Melbourne
The company is flexible I hear, but my situation is bit different as a new grad. I'm spending more hours to understand things around NDIS and get to know the processes.
Graduate, North Brisbane
8am to 4pm, very flexible
Graduate, Gold Coast
8am-4pm. New grads have to work these hours but others can choose between 7am-5pm, which I like.
Graduate, Brisbane
8-4 work from home. Being able to attend the office whenever I like
Graduate, Gold Coast
Happy with hours at the moment,
Midlevel, Perth
The company is very supportive of having a flexible schedule. This means I am able to choose the hours that work best for me and I am able to continue with other commitments outside of work.
Graduate, Perth, WA
My hours feel longer because it takes me longer to do everything because I am learning. They have been very flexible in allowing me to complete things later if I have other things I need to do
