The Role

Our Bridges and Structures team focuses on delivering structural engineering solutions across multiple areas in the Transport Sector. Our team regularly works with government agencies, authorities and private clients. 

You will provide structural engineering services throughout the project lifecycle, from masterplan to operational phases.

You will develop skills in:

• Preparing detailed structural designs of bridges and other structures.
• Bridge assessments of existing bridges and structural renewal feasibility studies to determine optimal approaches.
• Conducting technical structural analysis during both design and construction phases to ensure project success.
• On-Site project inspection
• Developing proposals, progress reports and technical findings for clients and stakeholders.
• Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements for Success 

• You must have completed a relevant tertiary degree in Civil/Structural Engineering before starting the 2025 Graduate Program.
• You must be able to commence work by February 2025. We do consider mid-year finishers, as long as you have graduated and are able to commence by July 2025.

• You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
