Age Up Health’s History

Age Up Health is founded by Grace Petherick, inspired by her own grandparent’s experience. Petherick found elderly often get treated appallingly when they asked for an aged care provider service.

She said that her grandparents were forced to make a big purchase for essential home alterations and they had to wait for months. Nobody returned their call, and they were often refused requests like a basic home service.

Petherick realized that this treatment is unacceptable, thus, she started to find out and build her own aged care business, intended to help aged civilians who needs better help and care.

Age Up Health is now providing many types of in-home aged care services and support. Some of the services they provide are Dementia Care Support, Home Care Advisory, Preventative Healthcare Plan, Staying Safe in My Home, and many more.

The service area includes social community (transport services, personal shoppers & assistance, companionship, help attending social events, etc), home management (home gardening & maintenance, meal services, cleaning & laundry, etc), health and wellness (medication management, dementia support, pain & wound management, etc), and personal safety (equipment & alarm, home modification to prevent slip and fall, personal safety technology, etc).
