Simply seeking the right person, with the right attitude, from a graduate to an experienced candidate

Reporting to the GM, you will be accountable for the project management of the design, construction and commissioning of agricultural infrastructure varying in size and location across Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Actively visit and build relationships with clients, vendors and end-users
  • Effectively manage projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and budgets
  • Attend various potential job sites throughout Australia to discuss clients' needs including initial design for estimations
  • Develop and implement site commissioning and Quality Assurance documentation
  • Prepare proposals for new enquiries
  • Follow and promote all company core processes, policies and values
  • Manage, implement and be an "officer" in relation to all Work Health and Safety requirements
  • Requirements

Education / Experience / Skills

  • Agricultural industry experience or background desirable
  • Excellent communication and personal skills well suited to building relationships within the business, existing and potential clients
  • Self-starter
  • Experience in project management and estimating
  • An understanding of the challenges of operating in remote areas
  • Results-orientated and strong desire to achieve
  • Tertiary-level qualifications in engineering or relevant field are desirable
  • AutoCAD, excel, word
  • Driver's license
