Resume screening; online assessment (coding and behaviour simulation); single hour-long interview; four hour-long interviews.

Interview process was positive. Nice people who gave their time to also tell me about their job and time. The emphasis on experience and diverse experience was appreciated and was why I wanted to work here. Getting results from interviews back took a long time.

Learn the LPs. Do an AWS cert.

Go through the leadership principles and be prepared to have an example of your behaviour that demonstrates each LP (using the STAR method).
