Customer Success Intern (Start ASAP)

Your role

CS Intern responsibilities include updating customer records with newly enrolled user's information, maintaining the scheduling of mentorship sessions, Interacting with customers and helping to adapt to the environment of learning. 

Ultimately, you will assist in coordinating with different teams and helping them make customer experience more effectively.

What you will do

• Connecting with customers on welcome call post-enrollment.
• Update the internal databases including profile details.
• Connecting for mentorship reminders.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with participants for Cohort Programs.
• Coordinating with customers for success stories
• Maintaining Mentorship session records and feedback for live sessions.
• Responding to customer queries related to a platform over email and phone.

About you

What will you need 

• Understanding of customer engagement.
• Organizational skills
• Experience in MS Office (Mandatory)
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
