Your role

The SEO intern’s responsibilities include working closely with the community and marketing team to achieve SEO objectives, measuring the success of SEO and ROI, and assisting with maintaining the website's architecture to ensure user-friendliness.

Responsibilities

• Finding high-volume and trending keywords for the blog page 
• Monitoring and optimizing old articles as per the latest SEO practices 
• Monitor new articles from an SEO point of view for better discovery 
• Tracking, reporting, managing, and re-aligning SEO campaigns for Organic Growth
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms

Training & development 

Interns gain hands-on experience through on-the-job training. They work on real projects, collaborate with teams, and apply the knowledge they have acquired in a practical setting with guidance from the team.

About you

The eligibility criteria for the role are:

• Any graduate fresher
• Experience: Fresher / 1+ Year in SEO or Digital Marketing 
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends) is preferred.
• Basic Knowledge of SEO
• Hands-on with keyword research tools 
• Knowledge of WordPress CMS and Content uploading/creation on WordPress is preferred.
• Edtech/ Community experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of on-page and technical SEO best practices
• Basic knowledge of link building & other off-page SEO activities.
