AGAA Graduate Programme  

The AGAA Graduate Programme is a two-year, structured programme based on best practices within your chosen discipline and provides the opportunity of a permanent career. Opportunities are available to work at both our open pit and underground operations. Our Graduate Programme is underpinned by tailored competency frameworks that match your career interests and aligns with real work and business opportunities. As a graduate you develop your technical capability whilst also developing as a leader through professional training.  

Graduates are based at one of our two Australian operations, the Sunrise Dam or Tropicana Gold Mines, located in the north-eastern goldfields of Western Australia. These opportunities are FIFO from Perth or Kalgoorlie, giving you the chance to support and contribute to a thriving local community.

About you:

On a path to completing or studying towards completing a tertiary qualification in the relevant discipline, due to graduate by the end of 2024

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and open-minded with a creative and collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
  • Australian working rights
  • A valid Australian manual driver's license
