I would say I have a few mentors for life.

Extremely accessible and always available for a chat. Performance feedback is encouraged with set reviews.

From my experience from my managers, they are extremely accessible and always willing to listen, provide their expertise and experience and assist on a matter of things. They make great mentors.

This really depends on the manager and is quite individualistic. I would always say interview the manager knowing you're going to be working with them closely and don't take a role if you don't gel.

Managers are accessible, depending on how hands on they are with the work they can be good mentors. I feel like I have received plenty of feedback, praise and recognition, but I have yet to see if that will translate into anything other than such.

Like any where I think you will find good and bad managers but overall, I have had a positive experience and found that my managers have done a great job. I have felt very supported from my managers by having regular 1 on 1 meetings with them, received lots of positive feedback and found that if I ever needed to ask a quick question they were often quick to reply.

Some managers are very accessible and are supportive mentors whereas others are very distant.

While it does depend on the individual, managers are readily accessible (within reason). Staff are encouraged to have regular career 'check in' conversations with their managers throughout the year, not just during the formal performance review period. Senior managers also hold regular (every 1-2 months) big calls to announce changes, provide updates and take questions (which can be anonymous).

Great mentors, comfortable with them

I have had very positive relationships with my managers. They understood me as a person and that life isn't just all about work. They were always very supportive too.

Breaking this up into two parts (Feb '21 - July '21) & (August '21 - Now) - the above rating reflects my time from August 2021 - Now. Feb '21 - July '21 - 3 / 10 - Managers were often not accessible. Often found a lack of accountability on their end and an eagerness to shift blame to others, these people for the most part would not make good mentors and further to this I strongly recommend they do not take on another Graduate in the future. August '21 - Now - Fantastic experience and learning - managers and colleagues made themselves available often and welcomed any and all questions. My experience with the company since August has been a fantastic experience and the connections I have made have been fantastic mentors.

Great leaders and I have good relationships with them but in my space it's hard to pin them down and catching up is not a priority, often moving out regular catch ups because of other priorities

Very satisfied with managers, incredibly supportive and willing to foster young talent. Day to day interaction to ensure workload is manageable and you are being challenged.

I am really satisfied with all my managers, they are great mentors and are really supportive! I am able to message them via Teams, or on their mobiles whenever I need support or have questions, and am really appreciative of their feedback and guidance.

Managers depend on location, however I've been very satisfied with all of my managers, all great mentors.

Graduate managers have all been really excellent and willing to spend the time training on different banking products, or a credit process. Feedback and communication styles is different for each person and you are encouraged to take initiative to set these expectations in each rotation.

I've had some amazing managers and some average managers. Overall the management is quite good, however it depends on the person.

My current managers are a bit inaccessible/harsh. However in previous rotations I have been happy with the communication received.

Great mentors (depending on the team) who are interested in your personal and career development, and will provide you the support and opportunities to succeed.
