Strong push towards commercial ESG initiatives.

I'm neutral on this. I haven't seen any big moves to counteract our environmental impact.

There are soft plastic recycling centers in the building. They also have a sustainability initiative with the cafes in the building allowing people to get there coffees/lunches in a reusable cup/container which can then be left in the kitchens on each floor and returned.

I work in an area dedicated to print and post reduction so I believe that there are many efforts in place that positively impact sustainability.

I haven't seen a huge amount of effort in this department.

Various forms of recycling available, the building is also sufficient.

Have reusable bags available for shopping (but people haven't returned them) and provide different recycling bins e.g. clothes, tech, cardboard, etc,

Strong focus on reducing environmental output that is detrimental.

Reusable water bottles and coffee cups, as well as recycling bins and composting bins in all offices.

ANZ has released a Climate Change Strategy and works with our Top 100 Emitters to help them put together a transition plan. We also have a Green Ambassador program which looks at how we can all help make a change on a personal front. We are also a leading Sustainable Finance bank helping support our customers with green or sustainability-linked products. And many other initiatives...

I have seen quite a few initiatives.

Turning the aircon down might help, I hope the bins are all emptied into the correct trash facilities.
