How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
9am - 5pm. Nothing more is required for my role. I get in prior to 8:30am and normally leave 5:30pm

Generally work from 8am to 5pm however the teams are extremely flexible with WFH and accommodating personal commitments when required.

My company has an expectation that people will spend 50% of their time in the office, and this is generally on a per-month basis. There will of course be times when it is impractical to be in the office and to meet the 50% expectation (e.g., if not feeling well but still able to work) and this is taken into consideration by the person's manager.

They are extremely comfortable when it comes to hours. There is no set start and end time or strictness around hours. There is a large acceptance that people have personal commitments when it comes to their children, exercise, travel, etc. The mentality becomes that it is more about getting the work done rather than the 9-5 set time, the caveat being you aren't doing ridiculous hours to complete the work in a day.

I choose to work outside of standard work hours and the organisation is extremely accommodating with my requirements.

I have a 40hr/week contract. That time is flexible for my team and technology as a whole. But most people subscribe to a 9-5 schedule. This is one aspect I do really enjoy. I can come in work and go home. If something comes up, I can generally find a solution or work around to get the work done. Hours are flexible, but where you work is not.

Generally I think ANZ has pretty flexible when it comes to hours. If I have an appointment, or need to start late/finish early this has never been a problem and I think there is a good split between working in the office and from home.

We have standard working hours. No complaints.

ANZ has a 50% in the office mandate. I think this is more than reasonable. Most teams don't dictate which days of the week you are required to be in the office, so long as it's 50% or more over the course of a month or so.

It is not too strenous and the company is flexible when it comes to hours.

Very flexible hybrid model. going in by choice 1/2 times a week

Really great. In my area I never feel forced to work more than my standard 9-5. There isn't that pressure that a lot of other grads face where they get paid for 9-5 work but actually work 7am-10pm.

Company is very flexible, allowing me to work from alternative locations when needed.
Graduate, Melbourne - 25 Mar 2022
Set hours, 9-5 each day
Graduate, Sydney - 22 Mar 2022
Early start however normal finish times. very flexible if needing to take time to attend personal appointments
Graduate, Melbourne - 27 Jan 2022
Very flexible, I am contracted to 40 hours per week, however my line manager is flexible, and if I have appointments to attend, I can do so with ease.
Graduate, Brisbane - 24 Jan 2022
Flexible, however can work many more hours if required
Graduate, Melbourne - 18 Jan 2022
As graduates we are only expected to work the standard 40hour weeks, however depending on your team/workload it can be longer.
Graduate, Sydney - 17 Jan 2022
I have not tried to negotiate more flexible hours.
Graduate, Perth - 17 Jan 2022
8.30-5 is usual. Flexibility is great, sometimes I do more/less especially while WFH.
