Suncorp Bank teams are responsible for providing foundation solutions and services to meet customer needs; their contribution plays a critical role in sustaining the success that puts our bank at the front and centre of the communities we are committed to serve.
As a Graduate within our Suncorp Bank divisional program, you will have the opportunity to get involved in the action, as you rotate across a range of different teams to build your knowledge and skills. Whether your passion is analysing business drivers, forecasting future results, or you prefer driving projects that make tangible impacts for customers, this position will provide you the flexibility to explore your interests and build your career with Suncorp Bank!

Technology is a bit behind the market, and processes can be slow.

There are also issues with too much bureaucracy and over-complication of processes to resolve issues.
We were not allowed to negotiate even if our new managers wanted to. This was all done in fairness, but it really didn’t feel fair.
