About Apple Australia

As a prominent multinational entity and the second-largest IT company, Apple Australia integrates hardware, software, and services to facilitate diverse business operations, from startups to global enterprises. Their products prioritize inclusivity, with accessibility features embedded in every device, software, and service, aiming to empower individuals and optimize business performance by enabling participation tailored to individual needs. This approach underscores their belief that when everyone can engage in ways that suit them best, both people and businesses thrive.

Your role

As a Specialist, you’ll become highly skilled at uncovering customers’ needs, and then following through with meaningful solutions. Not only are you the first person customers meet when they enter the store, but you’ll be the person who guides them — advising, selling, and even setting up their new products. You perform other roles within the store too, whether it’s maintaining visual merchandising or assisting team members. Always curious, you stay on top of news about products and initiatives, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions. You’ll be provided with training to be successful. Your success is measured by team and individual productivity as well as overall store performance. You’re proud to represent Apple, and you get great satisfaction from helping customers develop lifelong relationships with Apple.

In this role, you could work full-time, part-time, or part-time temporarily.

Training & development

Apple University provides employees with opportunities to enhance both their professional and personal development through classes, seminars, and supplementary tools focusing on Apple's culture, values, and global significance. Employees can also refine their general business and software skills through online courses offered by the university. Moreover, for those seeking formal education to advance their careers at Apple Australia, the company offers reimbursement for eligible educational expenses, including tuition fees.

Compensation & benefits

According to a third-party source, the estimated total pay range for a Specialist at Apple is AUD 48,000 to AUD 57,000 per year, which includes base salary and additional pay. Employees also benefit from comprehensive programs designed to enhance their well-being and support their families, regardless of their role within the company. Health and wellness resources, along with time-away programs, are available to all employees, underscoring Apple's commitment to employee welfare. Additionally, stock grants, discounted stock purchase options, charitable contribution matching programs, educational reimbursement initiatives, and special employee pricing on Apple products further enrich the benefits package, fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment for all.

Note: Apple benefits programs vary by country and are subject to eligibility requirements.

Career progression

People are at the heart of Apple Australia and they want you to thrive. From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to the big picture. You can set yourself up for success with their career development framework, as well as guidance and resources that include course offerings from Apple University.

Work-life balance

Apple prioritizes the holistic well-being of its employees, offering diverse options to support their physical and mental health. Through access to medical professionals and free confidential counselling, employees can address their unique needs and schedules, whether virtually or in person.
