Application/CV; cognitive testing; video interviews; assessment center which comprised of group activity, individual written task and interview.

Well structured and I like that it consisted of a group assessment, written assessment and actual interview.

The hiring process was pleasant, if a little drawn out. It was engaging and for the most part I was made to feel at ease and informed

Standard online testing then video interview followed by a group interview

Before the interview process we had to complete a cognitive test. There were 3 parts to the interview process. The first part was a group activity where Vision Zero was discussed. The next activity was a technical exercise depending on your specialisation (similar to test exam conditions). The last part of the process was the interview. You're interviewed by an HR manager and someone from the team you specialise in.

Applied online with CV and cover letter. Did some puzzles and a completed a typical video interview. The assessment center consisted of a interview with two employees, a group activity and an time-based written exam relating to the role (three topics with sub-questions).

Submit a cover letter and application, then graduate assessment center.

Long process, easy technical component.

Situational/behavioural questions.

What work/career I was interested in. Did I have plans for my future career.

Classic interview questions like 'name a time you made a mistake and how you overcame this' and 'what are you most proud of'

Mostly about my ambitions and then behavior based questions

STAR format questions relating to behavioural situations.

Given a test on how to assess and respond to a financial issue AT faces.

Research the business and have examples of situations you've been in to apply to interview questions.

Learn about what the company does and where you think you might fit in.

Be genuine and truly have a passion to improve the communities around us. It is easy to see if you are being fake. Even if you answer poorly, as long as you have actual interest in helping, it will be fine.

Know why you want to work for them specifically (have specific examples)

You have to be more than just your GPA, have interests and a life outside of work/uni. We hire interesting and kind individuals rather than on GPA alone

Look up the values and projects you might be interested in. There is a lot happening (for all sorts of disciplines) so if you see something you are enthusiastic about, make sure you can get this across during your interview.
