Salary at Auckland Transport

Based on my role I have no problem with it and think it is reflective of the market for similar roles. However I can't comment beyond my role!

Because grad pay is uniform it is lower than the market average for my discipline. After graduate program ends it is better.

It is an 'ok' salary for general graduates. It is almost $10k lower than other company's starting salary for engineers though. There are no bonuses.
