Aurecon have many committees with members dedicated to staying up to date with current issues and providing events to support and address these issues. Childcare and maternity leave policies are extremely beneficial at Aurecon and are recognized nationally.

Aurecon seems to be ahead of the pack. I would love them to address the issues at their core rather than just doing what could be seen as virtue signaling but appreciate the effort none the less.
Their push for indigenous inclusion has weakened in recent months due to restructure that removed some key individuals. it seems this gap hasn't been met yet.
