How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
I feel that the company is very flexible in terms of work hours and when and where you work. I normally work about 9 to 5.30 which is reasonable by industry standards.

The company is extremely accommodating to undergraduate engineers and flexible with working hours and location. I am able to define and work the days which suit my uni timetable, and welcome to work from home or in the office.

My company is flexible with hours. I typically work 4 days of the week from the office and from home on a Friday/Monday. However, I have started coming in to the office every day of my own will.

As I work with the client, I am in a project office, as well as the Aurecon office. I tend to work in the office 4 days a week, with one day at home.

Extreme flexibility. Unless you are embedded into a client that requires certain days in their office... But even then, Aurecon stands firm on their employees' limits, needs and wants, and there is always a dialogue open for compromise. I know this question relates more to the hours: as long as you are fulfilling the work load expected of you per week, I find everyone is very chill. If you have to pop out to the shops or for an appointment, nobody minds at all.

I am always encouraged to leave on time, and I have rarely ever had to put in extra hours. Extra hours when necessary is always greatly appreciated, but always discouraged.

I spend 38-40hrs per week in the office. The hours are very flexible as long as the 38hr minimum is met i.e. you aren't required to work 9am-5pm. When it is busy these hours can increase a fair amount, but this isn't an expectation put on me by others.

Currently not busy so I follow the 9am to 5pm routine. But when work comes the work hours can be long.

I am extremely satisfied with the amount of time spent in the office and the flexibility the company provides. As this supports me by having to save 3 hours of my time each day commuting to work.
