In 2021, we were recognised for diversity and innovation by winning both categories at the Engineering New Zealand ENVI Awards. We became the first New Zealand engineering company to achieve The Rainbow Tick certification in 2019 for diversity and inclusion and have continued to achieve recertification through 2023.
We’ve been ranked 5th overall and 2nd in the Engineering & Consultancy category in GradNewZealand’s Top 100 Graduate Employers for 2022. In the same year, we were featured by LinkedIn as one of the Top 25 companies in New Zealand for career growth.
Hardwired in our DNA are engineering, design and the deep need to leave a legacy. We believe humanity depends on engineering, and we recognise we have a broader stewardship role to play.
