bonuses are very hard to get the salary bands are not public

This is my first job but I am happy with the pay that I receive. I have also received a bonus this year which was unexpected but very good news.

still not much change even after 2 + years

I am very satisfied with my pay and bonuses and have been recognised where necessary.

Pay seems to be below industry standard, there are benefits e.g. free breakfasts, but sometimes these are used as justification for lower pay. Bonuses are not available to grads, although they seem to be based on billable hours.

Haven't been through a remuneration review yet so don't know too much but my starting salary was pretty competitive for my country/position

I can only comment on starting salary as I am quite new to the company and haven't been through a promotion process yet. As for starting salary I believe it is on par with competing employers in the same industry in New Zealand. I can't comment on bonuses as I don't know how they work at my company

we have free breakfast in the office 4% kiwisaver instead of 3

I would say the best perk would have to be the flexible working hours and leave policies.

Ability to buy an extra 4 weeks leave. Free breakfasts, coffee and food. Nothing crazy in my opinion. Discount at gyms and places like Dell or Resene, but nothing amazing in my opinion.

Definitely flexible working, free breakfasts and the many social events
