We are looking for Civil Engineering students to join our Land and Water business unit to be based in the following locations:
What is Land & Water at Aurecon?
The Land & Water business unit at Aurecon covers three disciplines; Water, Land Infrastructure, and Geospatial.
The Water practice at Aurecon covers Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater (also known as the three waters) on projects such as water, wastewater, and stormwater treatment plants, pump stations, network modelling and conveyance, and stormwater design and quality control.
The security and resilience of our water resources is essential to every aspect of life. That’s why the sustainable management of water infrastructure is a top priority for the water industry.
Water utilities, governments, and council are facing enormous challenges in meeting the infrastructure requirements to serve growing populations and mitigate the impacts of climate change.

You'll be ready to make an impact. You will be studying towards a formal qualification and be in either your 2nd or 3rd year of study. You will need to have the ability to work on a full-time basis from November 2023 until February 2024.

How to Apply
Step 1: Application Form
The first step off the application process is an online form which will take approximately 10 - 15 minutes to complete. Please be ready to attach you resume, cover letter and transcript. We will ask you to identify the teams you are most interested in, so please take time to explore our website as this will determine who you engage with through the recruitment process.
Step 2: Online Assessment
This step should take up to 1 hour to complete and requires a mix of written and video responses. Please make sure you are in a quiet, well-lit area with a strong internet connection before you start the assessment. During this stage we love to see your passions and motivations in your video responses.
Step 3: Interview
If you are selected to progress to the final stage you will be invited for an interview in person or virtually, depending on locations. After the interview process has concluded offers to the successful candidates will be made and contracts issued.
