Your role:

The Electronics Engineer role is a highly important part of our modern Air Force. As an Electronics Engineer in the Air Force you will play an integral role supervising the maintenance of state-of-the-art aircraft, managing airborne power systems, avionics, sonar, radar and communication systems.

This is no ordinary engineering job. You will be responsible for regulation, design, project management, logistics support and technical maintenance, to ensure technology is safely, efficiently and effectively employed to generate the required ADF capability.

You can also expect to routinely work within a range of different environments to gain the depth and breadth of experience required to develop you as a competent engineering leader.

Salary:

When you first join the Air Force and while studying for your degree at the university of your choice, you will be paid between $32,476 and $50,191 depending on your year of study.

Upon completion of your initial training, you'll enjoy a competitive starting salary package of: $79,100 plus generous super.
