PTIs are the Air Force's specialists when it comes to exploiting the full human potential of its workforce. If you have a degree qualification, industry experience and a passion for developing higher level human performance, then the Physical Training Instructor role might be for you.
Being a PTI is one of the more physically demanding and rewarding roles of the military—ideal for those who are already involved in high performance strength and conditioning training, elite sports, or high level human performance coaching.

Salary:
Get paid while you contextualise and further develop your current knowledge, skills and experiences in becoming a fully qualified Physical Training Instructor. Upon completion of a workplace training and assessment journal, you'll enjoy a competitive starting salary package of: $68,626 plus generous super (salaries correct as of 01/08/2019).

For this role, you must be over 17 at time of enlistment, an Australian Citizen and have passed Year 10 English and Maths You must also have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science (Fitness or Exercise), Sport Science/Coaching (Strength and Conditioning) or similar.
