As an Operations Assistant, I see to it that I provide daily support to our branches concerns and queries. We also conduct Quality Trainings on a quarterly basis.

Atm services, sorting, posting of deposit pick up

Sorting money into fit and unfit notes. Loading of ATM. Tellering and doing reports.

Credit evaluation and review. Though it is routinely be part of your body system, you can learn day to day.

Encoding and scanning credit applications

For me, my work is somewhere difficult but its challenge me to be more effective and efficient person.

Responsible for over-the-counter transactions of the branch; Ensures delivery of quality customer service to all clients; Cross-selling other products of the bank

As a CSA-NAC, I am responsible in first hand profiling onboarding clients. After-which, I also am responsible in proper documentation and filing of bank documents.

Still learning new things everyday

Accepting cash deposits & withdrawal from the clients. Assisting clients to their banking needs.

As a fresh grad, I am still adjusting to this kind of environment. I'm still learning with different kinds of responsibilities to fulfill my given task.
