Application Process & Interviews at Bank of Commerce

BankCom hiring process is very fast. I was hired and endorse for medical in the same day as my interview.

The interview process was smooth and fast, it was not too formal like I expected. It’s just like sharing your own story.

I got hired in one day. So for me they're better in terms of processing of the new employee

The initial interview was made by a phone call. The second one was conducted by a HR head, also made by a phone call. The final interview was scheduled and has done face-to-face with the branch manager including the computerized examination.

You will be notified immediately one they received your application. Will contact you if you are shortlisted. You will be schedule for initial interview in your available time. After 1 st interview, you will be taking 3 exams. Then when you passed it, another interview with the hr and the they will recommend you to your immidiate supervisor for final interview and once you passed, you will be scheduled for medical assessment and thats it. Contract signing! All in all i can took only atmost 2 to 3 weeks

The interview process didn't take too much time and the interviewer is nice and has a pleasing personality.

The hiring process was very smooth, the series of interviews I had was okay and interviewers weren’t intimidating. I was free to express myself clearly.

It was a smooth process. My interview and assesment was done in just one day. I had 3 interviews in total. The assesment are consist of different test that will determine your qualification as an applicant. . Must be careful because some questions are kinda tricky.

The interview process was quite easily because it's all about your personality, your educational background, what can you offer to the company. It's all up to you how would you sell yourself.

Actually since BankCom is my 3rd company mostly questions are related to my work experiences and why did I resign from my previous company. FYI I was an OFW for 2yrs.

Just be your self to answer every question will ask you.

Prepare for the interview. When I say prepare, I mean physically and mentally. You must be presentable and please do some searching/review about the company and the position you are applying.

Just be confident. Review for possible questions that might be ask related to work, course background.

Perform research on the company and role

I suggest to always look on the positive side and just be yourself.

If they really fit in to work, they'll just have to be honest. After all, those who are qualified are the one who are deserving.

Just be your self and be honest. Its okay to get nervous. What they are looking is your genuine skills and good attitude.

Be sure on what position you are looking for. Always ready for changes Make a wise decision when applying

Always wear a smile. Be confident. Be polite in everything. And always pray before you do anything.

Should be willing to render overtime and be keen to details

Be yourself. It was not always based on your intelligence. Just be yourself and tell them what they need to know. Things that are not found in your resume. Actually, questions asked by the HR head are mostly personal questions.

Be confident and answer the questions honestly.

The industry of banking is built in confidence. They should embody uprightness not just into work but on how they would answer questions upon the hiring process. It really helped me when I answered by just being myself.

Come prepared, give your best shot, be yourself

You need to prepare for the exam. Because this will qualify if you will go to the next step (interview). And Just be yourself! Be confident!

Be confident, be happy, and be youself. There's no reason to be afraid.

My advice is to be yourself and be confident with your answers. Prepare by knowing the history and goals of the company
