Salary at Bank of Commerce

Compared to my previous employer, BankCom has a better package.

As an employee i am very satisfied with in comes to bonuses.

Needs improvement

Bonuses are great and met my expectation. That is the first thing I look forward in a company.

They pay my overtime unlike other company

The basic pay must compensate to the work we're doing and for the knowledge we have acquired during college. However the bonuses are okay.

The starting salary is okay, but the bonuses and benefits for staff helps with managing my finances and providing needs.

Pay and bonuses were good. The company really focuses on the time the bonuses should be release. Very timely.

This pandemic the company provides free swab tests. The area where I am assigned to gives masks, face shields and vitamins good for 2-3months.
