Our BDO EconSearch team help people achieve their impact. We are a multidisciplinary team of problem solvers who listen carefully to our clients to understand their goals and unearth their vision. This enables us to undertake economic and social research to provide the understanding and practical advice needed to help them achieve it.
As an Undergraduate or Graduate Analyst you’ll have the opportunity to work in a range of subject areas, with a focus on primary industries, resources and environment. You will contribute to project based work within small teams, working with data analytics, writing reports, producing economic models within coded spreadsheets. You will be mentored by leaders, to develop your economic thinking, problem solving and leadership skills.

I am given a fair amount of responsibility, and plenty of support to learn.
Checking emails, liaising with clients to receive information on their R&D activities, writing/drafting activities according to AusIndustry guidelines/ITAA legislation. Calculating financial incentives and meeting with clients.
Admin tasks including note taking, setting up meeting and powerpoint/word templates, writing and research tasks

The graduate program doesn't rotate us through all the service lines.
Some managers are great and give constructive feedback. Others do not provide you with proper instructions.
Dishwashers are small... toilets are not flushed... desk are most of the time dirty.
Could include more women, however this is the industry.
