The People & Culture (P&C) team supports the firm to achieve the 'people' element of our vision, ensuring we have the right people for our clients and the right environment for our people. Our objective is to build a positive, high performance culture that attracts the right people and motivates, retains and develops our people to meet the needs of our firm's culture. Everything we do is about our people and helping them realise their full potential for their clients, whether those clients are external or internal to the firm.
Current Opportunity
In this candidate focussed role you will be representing the BDO brand in all interactions with candidates, regardless of their outcome. You'll handle the administrative component of the recruitment process and support specialist recruitment activities surrounding our campaigns.

What you'll need to succeed:
We're searching for a career minded administrator with a passion for talent acquisition or talent management. A high level of organisational and time-management skills is needed in addition to exposure of a high volume environment. Ideally, you will have experience working in a complex organisation and able to prioritise your work accordingly.
A flexible approach to work will see you succeed. One day you could be working on end to end recruitment processes for busy service lines and the next, you may be assisting our team in student campaign processes, or using social media tools to identify potential talent to join our organisation.
This is a diverse role in a team which is fun, works hard and passionate about how we can continuously develop and improve whilst still tying this back to candidate attraction and engagement. This is all done while supporting business growth and needs.

I am given a fair amount of responsibility, and plenty of support to learn.
Checking emails, liaising with clients to receive information on their R&D activities, writing/drafting activities according to AusIndustry guidelines/ITAA legislation. Calculating financial incentives and meeting with clients.
Admin tasks including note taking, setting up meeting and powerpoint/word templates, writing and research tasks
