Our Shared Services team plays a vital role in partnering with and supporting the leadership team to achieve operational and strategic outcomes.
A rare and exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and motivated Undergraduate to join the firm as part of our Shared Services team. Led by our CEO, the team plays a pivotal role in providing our Partners and staff with professional support. You will be responsible for providing quality technical IT support, assistance and training as required for day-to-day operations.
This diverse role is well suited to a candidate who is looking for new challenges and enjoys managing multiple priorities. For a candidate capable of adapting to change and supporting the wider firm, this role would be highly rewarding.

I am given a fair amount of responsibility, and plenty of support to learn.
Checking emails, liaising with clients to receive information on their R&D activities, writing/drafting activities according to AusIndustry guidelines/ITAA legislation. Calculating financial incentives and meeting with clients.
Admin tasks including note taking, setting up meeting and powerpoint/word templates, writing and research tasks

Some managers are great and give constructive feedback. Others do not provide you with proper instructions.
Dishwashers are small... toilets are not flushed... desk are most of the time dirty.
