An Experience in Audit  

BDO is one of Australia’s leading professional services firms. Our Audit practice partners with a diverse range of public and private sector organisations across multiple industry sectors. We are seeking students who are interested in joining our Vacation Program in November/December 2022 and January/February 2023 (placement dates dependant on location).  

Our Audit Vacation Program will give you the opportunity to: 

• Visit client sites from day one 
• Receive exposure to a mix of large and small clients, both public and private sector  
• Begin developing your audit knowledge and application of university learnings 
• Receive excellent training and support over your Vacation program period from buddies and Managers 
• Engage in regular social activities enabling you to meet and connect with our people
• Participate in tailored peer group initiatives with your Vacation cohort
• Build practical work experience within a global firm where exceptional service delivery, collaboration, empathy and integrity are part of our culture and values (ONE, BOLD, HUMAN, HEART and STRIVE) 

About You  

We welcome students who: 

• Are in their penultimate year of a Business or Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting
• Display solid academic achievement
• Are eligible for CA/CPA postgraduate study  
• Possess fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
• Are involved in extra-curricular and professional development activities
• Are a dynamic team player with an innovative approach to work and life
• Demonstrate a motivated approach to continuous learning and development
• Enjoy being out of the office as no Audit Day is ever the same!
