BDOโs Vacationer Program enables your career to take flight. You will be involved in meaningful client work, receiving support from your partners and team every step of the way.
As a vacationer, you experience on-the-job training, are allocated a buddy for the duration of your placement, and have the opportunity to work with professionals on real client work from day one. Itโs a great opportunity to experience the BDO culture first-hand while working as part of the team and to start building professional relationships.
Vacationers are the future leaders of our firm. We understand choosing your career pathway while at university can be exciting, which is why we offer an inclusive and supportive community from day one.
Vacation programs are offered in June/July, November/December or January/February and are 4 - 8 weeks in duration. These programs give you the opportunity to gain real-life work experience in a service line of interest to you before considering what your graduate career path will look like.
Hear from some of our Vacationers about their own career journeys and what itโs really like to work at BDO by viewing our employee stories.
As our business continues to grow, we have a range of positions available across our offices.
In Brisbane we currently have vacationer opportunities in the teams outlined below, noting some teams may have degree requirements.
As part of your application process, we encourage you to select two teams so if your first preference is unavailable, we will consider your second preference. You will also be asked to select your preferred vacation program date/s.
