Beon, CitiPower, Powercor and United Energy is an Australian electricity distribution company that operates throughout western Victoria and the western suburbs of Melbourne. The company owns and maintains power lines, substations, and street lights and manages Victoria's largest electricity distribution network.

Your role

The Summer Vacation Program is a paid 12-week program based at either the CBD or Mount Waverley offices. This is your opportunity to learn from the best and really put your theories into practice. The program will give you first-hand experiences, you’ll be exposed to technical and interesting work on real-life projects, and you’ll be working within teams of highly skilled professionals, solving problems and delivering outcomes. You’ll be supported in a workplace that's both dynamic and welcoming and where there's a focus on inclusivity, collaboration, and rewarding the individual and their aspirations

Training & development

Beon, CitiPower, Powercor and United Energy's training program includes opportunities tailored to their business and operations. It also includes structured courses for apprentices and trainees, graduate programs in engineering and information technology, leadership development, and developing new skills. All of their team members are encouraged to work with their direct manager to identify areas of interest.
