What Will You Do? 

  • Support in admin work (employee file record, attendance record) for Payroll purposes
  • Manage the end-to-end process for BPJS-TK, BPJS Kesehatan, and other employee benefits eg. insurance
  • Maintain employee benefits filing systems
  • Assist in other administrative tasks related to Payroll

What Does It Take? 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation is preferred
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Payroll, Human Resources, and/or any related field
  • Have a good knowledge of BPJS-TK and BPJS Kesehatan processes
  • Proficient with Ms. Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Have a sharp eye for details and have good interest with number and analysis
  • Possess the ability to adapt and have a strong willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • High-level communication skills to ensure effective communication with people at various levels
  • Proficiency in English both verbal and written
