People & Culture Intern (Dec 2021)

What will you do?

• Finding the best talents that fit to the company's needs and culture by various sources
• Conducting CV screening, schedule, and interview potential candidates
• Documenting and keeping track of candidate profiles and assets
• Providing support for People Ops team to prepare and send confirmation emails
• Being exposed to a variety of projects, such as but not limited to: documentation review, tracking and updates, name cards, and other interesting projects
• Sending internal Memo such as confirmation and reference letters
• Building good relationships with stakeholders at all levels in the company

What does it take?

• Pursuing any degree at an undergraduate level
• The ability to encourage the team to discover improvement gaps, produce new insights, and bring them to life
• Superb attention to detail and love digging for insights within the data
• Proficient in communicating (both English and Indonesian) with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
