Roles and responsibilities

• Helping the Master tutor to conduct online video sessions and creating a positive learning environment for our students in grades 4 to 10 on our learning platform.
• Clarifying doubts using the chat box
• Providing error-free step-by-step solutions to the questions raised by the students.
• Helping students strengthen their English language acquisition and speaking skills.

An ideal candidate should

• Have impeccable English communication skills, with zero diction or pronunciation errors.
• Be a master at multitasking & time management.
• An acute understanding of children's/teenagers' written communication patterns, lingo, & ability to respond in a concise manner.
• A minimum typing speed of 60 Words Per Minute.
• Ability to maintain high accuracy in terms of information, word choice, and grammar.
• Able to manage a learning platform effectively & troubleshoot issues when required with support from our team.

Education

• Should have at least a Bachelor’s degree.
• No prior experience in teaching is required. Experienced/Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with the following degrees and/or certifications are preferred -BA/MA English.
• An advanced level English/ foreign language certification/s like TEFL, TESOL, TESL, CELTA, DELTA B.Ed/M.Ed.
