Job Description:
- People operations: support the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Recruitment: conduct recruitment process using reliable methods and tools.
- Organizational development: participate in employees’ training and development initiatives.
- Others: HR administration tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in human resources TA.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the startup company.
- Interest in creating social impact through Indonesia's education.
