My graduate cohort of 11 only had 1 female employee. it seems the retention rate of employees is very good, i've only seen new faces come and still see the same faces every day.

There is some diversity within gender roles however not much in terms of ethnic and culture diversity. there may be diversity in the senior roles but not much in entry to mid-level employees.

The company is quite diverse. if you're after diversity this is the company. the amount of different ethnicities i've come across was very surprising. they also have initiatives for women in the workplace which is great.

Most of the organisations recruitment is done by bringing in existing employees from india. of these employees there is a health balance between sexes. everyone seems very respectful of ethnicity and religion. i have not come across any issues with lgbt, recruitment, retention, promotion, child care or maternity leave.
