If i was on a client project, my day to day responsibilities would be to complete any work that was given to me. however, as i am currently not on a project, i find myself studying.

Responsible for feasibility alysis when feature/function is created by the design team. attend stands up meeting when there is active project. develop code that is align to design

Work in key support role to the engagement team delivering the most appropriate client solutions. primary responsibilities are to logically organize concurrent deliverables with multiple deadlines, solve and structure client problems through data and root cause alysis leading to proposed recommendations.

Role has regular contact with client to deliver daily updates on our projects.

If i'm on an engagement, i'll be working as a ba for the most part, which includes requirement gathering, user stories etc. if i'm on the bench, i'll be doing bd work - writing proposals, case studies etc. and helping people who have too much on their plate.

Currently, i am completing training and undertaking courses.

I recently started working as a automation developer, currently responsible for making data inventory dashboards

Working in teams to provide quality products to our clients is rewarding even though it may not seem like much at first. everything we do leads to the goals we set and we are encouraged to surpass the goals to improve client satisfaction as well as our own growth.

Currently, i am maging the offshore training team and am acting as the client liaison. i am also involved in the pmo space within the planning and scoping areas.

My current role right now is program alyst trainee, as a graduate from electrical engineering background. i am still learning how to embrace latest crm technology and think as it consultant. i believe right now i am in a middle of watching-and-learning stage, i just hope i can be billable as soon as possible.
