It's usually 9-5, but most the time on a project, i'll go over time to try and get on top of work.

Very flexible, what's critical is meeting client standards, being in meetings and completing deliverables. it's not about just being at your desk from 9-5

The company is very flexible. there are no strictly set office hours - we all chip in extra when there is work to be done but we don't hang around counting the seconds if we are done with the day's tasks.

Due to the project that i am currently on, the work life balance is a little difficult to maintain. i can spend the hours that i am, but not for protracted periods of time.
