Graduate Analyst - Consulting

The CC team is a high-performing team that is continually expanding our client base and iterating our role within the client.  As a Graduate Analyst, you will gain exposure to both strategic advisory and transformation projects through which you can expect to learn and support the development of solutions to client problems.

Key competencies you will gain:  

• Developing relevant industry and technology knowledge.
• Drawing conclusions from the market/industry trends, client issues and support go-to-market initiatives for Cognizant.
• Providing Product Management capabilities for transformation projects.
• Facilitating working sessions with clients.
• Working collaboratively within teams/pods to present and implement strategic and technology solutions.
• Researching industry initiatives, identify and respond to client opportunities and develop client deliverables.

• The ability to grasp business needs and assess impacts to complex business operations and systems.

• The ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
• An aspiration to continually learn and develop.

To be eligible, you will need to have:

• Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident.
• Completed your undergraduate degree in the past 1-2 years OR will graduate by June 2023.
• A degree in Business, Information Systems, Arts, Technology or similar.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Access, and Project.
• Less than 2 years of related work experience.
