Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Participate in a 2-year rotational program across Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, and Aftersales.
  • Engage in financial and management accounting, business intelligence, and tax functions.
  • Analyze Aftersales and parts results to develop market strategies.
  • Support the implementation of new systems for business efficiency.
  • Collaborate with customers and dealers to understand sales and operations.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • A Bachelor's degree (recent or upcoming graduates from 2023 or 2024).
  • A strong academic background in any discipline.
  • Interest in the commercial vehicle industry.
  • Availability to start in January 2025.
