Job Description

• Assistance with respect to representation and appearance before various judicial as well as quasijudicial authorities
• Assistance in drafting response to the demand notices and audit queries issued by the Revenue department
• Assistance in drafting and filing appeals before the Appellate Authorities
• Handling other engagements with respect to Indirect tax Laws including but not limited to litigation, audits, due diligence etc.
• Legal research technical issues and preparing advisory opinions
• Interaction with Government and Regulatory authorities on client matters including filing of representation, responding to department audits / enquiries etc.
• Any other work in relation to the above
