About the role:
- Publish and remove job ads
- Filter candidates vs JD provided by the hiring manager
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires, the total number of interviewed candidates per role
- Daily update of Candidate tracker and reporting
- Phone screen potential interns
- Assist in improving the candidate tracker for easier visibility for Hiring Manager
