Your role

  • Product Success is Emma’s category management team, overseeing the global portfolio of products in mattresses, beds, and accessories. We ensure the portfolio is designed to meet consumer needs with the highest business impact, and work with an array of cross-functional teams (from marketing and UX to R&D and procurement) to maximize every product’s success.  
  • As a Product Success intern, you will be supporting multiple projects in a range of capacities: helping build our internal knowledge base, conducting market, consumer, and competitive research and analysis, improving product marketing, and more.  
  • You will be expected to apply a customer-centric and agile approach in your projects, finding ways to meet deadlines while keeping costs on track.

About you

  • We look for candidates who want experience in a generalist role but with a slight focus on the product.  
  • The best candidates have a passion for launching or improving products to make them bigger business successes, can drive projects independently, and have strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to steer other company teams' resources to drive product success. 
  • Creative, analytical, and structuring skills are a plus, but only need to be hygiene level for this role.  
  • You are currently studying or about to conclude a degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, management, marketing, or a similar field.  
  • You are fluent in English; German will be a plus.
