Your role

  • Together with C-level Management, you will work on highly important Global Projects, that will create an impact on the company level across all markets and teams.
  • As a member of the Strategic Management team, you will work on strategic matters that concern company steering, business analysis, and change management.
  • You will be part of conceptualizing the projects and execute on the project plan independently under the involvement of the different teams within the company.
  • You will have full ownership of topics while having the opportunity to challenge your ideas with Team Leaders and C-Level, which will ensure that you are on track.
  • You will challenge the status quo and look for improvement areas across the company.
  • Eventually, you will have a steep learning curve and the opportunity to make an impact on one of the leading Startups in Europe, which managed to have sustainable hypergrowth.

About you

  • You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Psychology, or a related field in your bachelor’s or master's.
  • You are fascinated by quickly scalable business models and a continuously changing work environment.
  • You already gained some practical work experience in internships i.e. in a start-up, consultancy, banking, etc.
  • You combine an analytical mindset with thinking outside the box
  • You are pragmatic, have great business judgment, and can understand problems quickly in order to solve them in the best way possible.
  • You are a great communicator that can effectively manage different stakeholders across all seniority levels.
