What you'll do

• 한국 시장에서 Emma 온라인 시장 사업 확장 담당.You are responsible for expanding our Emma e- commerce business in the South Korean market Emma
• 업무의 최적화와, 성장형 신사업 기획의 개발. You will continuously optimize our business and develop new initiatives to help fuel growth
• 비즈니스 기회, 성장 영역, 트렌드, 서비스 및 전반적인 브랜드 제안의 검토 및 연구. You will conduct research to identify and lead business opportunities, growth areas, trends, services, and overall brand proposition
• 엠마와 협력 및 공급업체 간의 백 엔드 및 소비자 대면 비즈니스 운영 플랫폼의 감독 및 프로세스 담당You will supervise and streamline both back-end and consumer-facing business operation platforms between the company and 3rd party suppliers
• 비즈니스 기회 발굴 및 개발하고, 정의하고, 체결함으로써 시장 지위 구축.You will build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
• 업계 및 관련 이벤트, 간행물 및 공지 사항을 조사하여 트렌드에 맞는 아이디어 식별.You will identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
• 시장 전략, 거래 요구 사항 및 재정 분석.You will screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
• 다양한 마케팅 채널(기사, 리뷰, 블로그, 인플루언서)을 통해 시장 확장을 위한 솔루션의 개발 및 기업 인지도 향상.You will test various marketing channels (articles, reviews, blog, influencers) and develop solutions to scale it, and enhance organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests

What you'll bring to us

• 학사 또는 석사 학위 소지자(신규 졸업생 지원 가능)이신 분You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Open to fresh graduates)
• 한국어와 영어 가능하신 분.. You are fluent in Korean and English
• 업무에 대한 열정과, 강한 동기부여 및 책임감을 가지신 분.You love business, and your passion for it drives strong motivation within you to find solutions for difficulties. You have a strong sense of responsibility towards your work.
