I would say that Emma has been the most open-minded company that I have been involved with and it is with great honor that I have experienced this first hand. However, some employees are still transitioning and I have encountered some comments that I somehow not like. Nevertheless, I understand how they are not yet aware how it can affect some people.

So far, there has been no form of discrimination or stereotypes that I have encountered or seen within the company. They are very welcoming to minorities and diversity.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
Emma's reach for hiring new employees, at least from my experience, is broad. The hiring team goes out to different universities in the Philippines and I've also seen some job alerts and postings in many apps like linkedin and in the online setting.
