Had to go through an assessment first before having a general interview. Afterwards, I had my technical interview with the team lead for the market that I applied for. Last stage was another interview/assessment with a senior HR before the JO was given.

The application process is composed of the application submission, several interviews with different Emmies, and potentially taking a test. If, upon discussion, a candidate is hired, an offer will be extended, and they will start their first week with an onboarding.

I would recommend that the best preparation would be to be yourself. The questions of the recruiting team has been the most unique that I have experienced so far, and even though I prepared for my interview, I didn't get to use those that I have practiced.
