Had to go through an assessment first before having a general interview. Afterwards, I had my technical interview with the team lead for the market that I applied for. Last stage was another interview/assessment with a senior HR before the JO was given.

It was good, interviewers were really nice and welcoming

I have no problem with the interview process. However, the processing of my application was a bit slow as it took 2 months for my application to be finalized.

I had 3 interviews, 2 of them with HR reps and 1 with multiple interviewers from the team I was applying for.

The application process is composed of the application submission, several interviews with different Emmies, and potentially taking a test. If, upon discussion, a candidate is hired, an offer will be extended, and they will start their first week with an onboarding.

The interview process was great. Interviewer portrayed proper knowledge in company's background and specificity to what type of potential employees they are looking to add to their team. The response time between the interviews were quick and concise.

It was definitely not like other companies and took in a more holistic approach of evaluating a candidate

Experience and interest

I can't remember all of it but I definitely recall the trick question as it really challenged my thought process and how I perceive problems.

A pricing case study. Personality-job fit for the role stated.

Previous experiences, Why I decided to leave my previous company, My interests

case questions + the usual questions like illustrate a time when you had to deal with conflict, proudest achievements, etc.

Situational questions, work experiences, achievements, cases.

Questions which I was asked centered around what impact I've brought to the table in previous experiences, how I've been able to come up with new ideas, and my thought process when going about my decisions and tasks.

Brainteasers, How it was like to deal with colleagues that you didn't get along with

Don't be afraid to show that you are lacking in knowledge of something. Knowledge can be learned/supplied but how someone thinks/uses that knowledge isn't easily fixed - Show that you have the capacity to think

Just prepare yourself and be very honest. if your role fits, they will hire for you and if not, there are other opportunities

Do proper research about the company's culture, goals, and mission-vision. Know/review the technical knowledge you need for the role. Be yourself

Just be themeselves

I would recommend that the best preparation would be to be yourself. The questions of the recruiting team has been the most unique that I have experienced so far, and even though I prepared for my interview, I didn't get to use those that I have practiced.

Follow STAR method of answering interviews

Be skilled in the department you are applied to. Have a positive attitude.

Show a keen interest in e-commerce and growing a business whilst challenging your own personal development.

dont be intimidated by the interviewer !! we're all kind, we just seem scary during interviews

Just recall the your most impressive and note-worthy experiences and be able to answer questions about it in an instant.

Familiarize yourself with your past achievements, structure what you want to highlight about yourself, and be authentic!

Know your resume by heart and during the brain teasers, vocalize your thought process

Treat your interviewer as a collaborator and don't be afraid to ask questions
