I am currently on a project which just started, so I expect my satisfaction to improve, however, it is not work I am passionate about much, therefore, it doesn't fulfill my cup. With the limited amount of work going around now, I have to stick to it

Hours and overtime.
Working at a big firm who hires the best of the best I can't help but feel imposter syndrome regularly.
Bonuses are non-existent. Pay feels far too little for the work we do.
Work demand varies which can make it hard when your top priority is to be on chargeable work and you cannot get on it
I feel there has been little training, and in the wrong areas.
