Speech Pathologist - New Graduate Program - Moreton Bay (Rolling Intake)

Their new graduate Speech Pathologist program is now open for applicants across the Moreton Bay region, they have opportunities to begin their career in community care with their fully supported new graduate program commencing in 2025.

Their Speech New Grad program supports you in gaining an insight into a diverse range of care; from assessment and early intervention with children & adults, assistive technology, online health options and so much more - they love supporting their Clinicians to find their areas of interest!

About you

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA registration
• National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain) 
• Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain) 
• NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain) 
• Current driver's license
• Working with children check (or willing to obtain) 
• Ability to legally work in Australia

Salary & Benefits

Gen Physio is well-recognised for offering:

• The base salary for this role is AUD 85,000 , with a total package including an 11.5% superannuation of AUD 94,775
• Flexible working - if it's full-time/part-time/9-day fortnight/early finish Fridays - they'll make it work for you!
• $8,000 annual vehicle allowance (paid each fortnight)
• $2,000 professional development allowance + 3 days study leave

Training, development & rotations

Supervision includes 1:1 weekly supervision with an in-house experienced team of Speech Pathology Supervisors for as long as needed while settling into the role, with support in managing the caseload each step of the way. Team discipline-specific supervision meetings with the entire Gen Physio Speech team provide guidance through complex cases, along with group learning opportunities led by industry professionals. Regular skills assessments help gradually build the caseload based on learning and interests. MDT catch-ups with fellow Speech Pathologists, OTs, Physios, PODs, Dietitians, and Exercise Physiologists are also included.
